About Cura Veterinary Partners

Cura Veterinary Partners was founded to help independent veterinary clinics reduce recurring vendor costs through structured procurement support, pricing analysis, and vendor negotiation.

Why Cura exists

Independent veterinary practices manage a wide range of recurring vendor relationships, including pharmaceuticals, reference laboratory services, diagnostics, payment processing, communications, software, insurance, and other operating categories. These relationships are often established early in a practice's history and renewed over time without a structured pricing or contract review.

Larger veterinary groups often have dedicated procurement resources, purchasing programs, and internal support to manage vendor costs. Most independent practices do not have the same time, tools, or pricing visibility.

Cura applies a structured review process to help identify where vendor pricing, contract terms, renewal timing, or purchasing strategy may be improved. The process is designed to be practical, documented, and low-lift for the clinic team.

How we work

Commercial scope only

Cura's work is focused on vendor pricing, contract terms, renewal timing, and recurring vendor expenses. Cura does not review patient records or clinical care decisions.

Low-lift for clinic teams

Cura starts with whatever commercial information your team has readily available, such as invoices, statements, contracts, price lists, or vendor portal exports. If certain documents or pricing details are not easy to locate, Cura can help request the necessary information from your current vendors. The process is designed to minimize disruption to daily operations.

Analytical and transparent

Findings are organized around a clear baseline, documented assumptions, and specific savings opportunities where available. Recommendations are grounded in data and commercial terms, not general impressions.

Independent-clinic focused

Cura is built specifically for independent veterinary practices. The goal is to help clinics make more informed vendor decisions while preserving the flexibility and independence that make their practices unique.
